Yogalift
For 20 years, Shannon Leavitt has personally trained women and men of all ages and fitness levels. Initially her focus was on traditional strength and nutrition programs. As her personal practice of yoga grew, however, she started incorporating those philosophies in her personal training. This holistic approach was extremely successful with clients and through that feedback she created YogaLift.
YogaLift is a comprehensive and effective program which integrates the disciplines of yoga, meditation and strength training in one workout. To further expand on this
concept, the YogaLift Fitness and Weight Management Studio opened in 2004.
Instructors
Shannon Leavitt is the founder and creator of YogaLift. She is a Masters level nutritionist, licensed dietician, certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and Hatha yoga instructor. | Barb Boukal is a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. She is drawn to the individual nature of weight lifting and yoga, where she can help her clients optimize their workouts and achieve their personal goals. | Jill Marks is a facilitator with the Conscious Weight Management Program. She is a licensed psychologist with a Masters in Counseling Psychology and a pioneer in the evolving art and science of Holistic Psychology.
