YogaLift’s Conscious Weight Management (CWM) is a revolutionary holistic program to help you transform your body and transform your life. CWM is a multidisciplinary journey – a “practice” (not a “diet”) - that is based on honoring the higher self in you. This approach focuses on the whole person by integrating changes in food choices, exercise behaviors and thinking patterns with spirituality and energy psychology. CWM is a private program done one-on-one and supported with YogaLift classes.
We address the “missing link” of other programs. We know that in order to make lifelong behavior changes you need to learn to connect with and care for yourself at a deep level, to change belief systems and thinking patterns, and to transform inner and outer obstacles. We support your process by giving you the tools to succeed, while also assisting in discovering underlying issues that may be contributing to your current choices.
