For the past 3 years I have been training with Shannon. I made an appointment with her due to issues with my shoulders and neck. She immediately zeroed in on my posture and the results are staggering! I now stand with my shoulders back, head in proper alignment and chin down. The sway back is history and no more pain!
I have been a faithful exerciser for 32 years, but even with regular exercise if you are doing the right exercise the wrong way it is not very effective and could harm you. Shannon has a way of making the hour of weights go by in a flash and even with my weekly workouts, she still makes my muscles scream!
