Shannon Leavitt, Coach & Trainer
As a 63 year old, I understand the challenges of aging- skin, joint and energy challenges, to name a few. It seems that growing old can go two ways. One-is to be sidelined and bored, and two is to stay active and engaged for as long as possible. I am committed to helping women enjoy long, healthy and active lives.
My expertise spans 35 years of being immersed in the health and fitness arena. I am a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach – NBC-HWC, a NASM-certified personal trainer, a licensed dietitian and a hatha yoga instructor.
Coaching and training from a holistic perspective has been my lifework for 35 years. I believe that the best fitness prescription is discovered when the innate wisdom in each of us is coupled with the right guidance and support. I enjoy sharing my expertise and experience through custom designed coaching and training programs that help women look and feel fit and fantastic at any age.

Our Mission
Our mission is to provide an alternative path to health and weight loss; one that addresses the whole person — body, mind and spirit. Our core belief is that through transforming your life you will transform your body.
Your body is just one point on the body, mind, spirit triangle and it’s all connected. That’s why we believe that wellness is a spiritual path and that reaching optimum wellness and a healthy weight is a spiritual practice, not a diet.
By discovering the divine wisdom within, you develop a transformative practice that starts with the body and integrates the whole being for both sustainable weight loss and lifelong healthy living.
The goal of Yogalift® and Learn to Be Lean is to help you realize your innate wholeness and to help you create a new path, a new vision of yourself, a new life.
Yogalift® believes wholeheartedly in the innate wisdom and wholeness in each of us.
Our mission is to help our practitioners discover that divine wisdom through a transformative practice that starts with the body and integrates the whole being for both sustainable weight loss and lifelong healthy living.

“It wasn’t until I tried the “holistic” approach presented to me in the Transform Your Life and Body that I realized what had been missing from all of my other attempts at weight control. Once I enlisted my spirit and mind to focus on the same things as the physical I began to actually see and feel results. Food has never tasted better, I am not concentrating constantly on calories and points and my entire family is learning through me. Being a “big picture” type of person I felt this program took a unique yet effective path to health and well-being. I would recommend it to anyone who has tried the alternatives.”
